4 Top Tips for a 4 Day Week

Good Morning and Happy Monday ūüôā

Yes, we’ve got a four day week, doesn’t that feel fantastic?So, to make the most of this week, here’s just 4 things I suggest you do first before indulging in Easter eggs and a lovely long weekend. Mmm mmm!!
These¬†4 things to do will help give you get a head start¬†after Easter too so on Friday you can rest knowing you’ve done what you can. If you want to take the day off, that is!
So, first off let’s look at your finances.¬†
1. Take some time to check your figures for Q1, January to March. How did you get on?  Did you hit your targets and goals? Can you see what you can repeat or tweak to help you improve even more?
2.¬†Have a look at your figures and activity for Q2 April to June 2012 and see if there’s any trends or seasonal activities that worked well then, so you can repeat them again this year.
What can you do to make Q2 2013 even better for you?

Then, Follow Up – remember 80% of sales are made after 5 touches, so..
3.¬†Call 4 contacts to make some arrangements to meet up after Easter. You can then have meetings and calls arranged in advance.¬†I recommended this at the beginning of December too, to have meetings booked in for January. Cheryl Laidlaw from Reyl Design loved this strategy as she felt very organised and¬†walked in to 5 meetings in the first two weeks of the year and picked up new work from her clients. ¬†I hope that happens for you too ūüôā
Actually it’s only 3 things to do today, the 4th is for Friday!…
4.  Time to relax and play.
Keep your note books handy, as when we relax it’s when we sometimes have our best ideas!¬†Wishing you a fab Easter, have fun and enjoy the bank holiday weekend.
